EL6703 - An excellent WW1 Wilkinson Royal Artillery officer's sword, named and dated. I have not researched this sword, but you have two sets of initials to investigate there, and the 1915 date (NB. Jay Cassidy has found the officer is probably Kenneth Francis Shirley Turner). This is a top quality example of a WW1 Royal Artillery officer's sword by Wilkinson, obviously bought as a gift. Service sharpened, the blade in very good polish and etching, firm in the hilt. The hilt also in very good condition, with all the shagreen and silver grip wire intact. This is such a good example that it could become a modern officer's parade sword. Complete with original matching field service scabbard.
