EL6482 - An attractive WW1 era Lothringen (German) Train Battalion officer's sword, etched to the "Lothring. Train Battailon". Featuring a hilt of the M1852 style, with remnants of leather finger loop, all tight on the tang. The plated steel blade with very detailed etching, showing the regimental designation on one side and mounted soldiers on the other side, with intricate floral and geometric patterns to both sides and the spine. Complete with its correct scabbard, this is a light and quick sword.
