EL6723 - A mid-Victorian Rifle Volunteers officer's sword, retailed by Clay of Sunderland (a scarce retailer and location to see on swords). There is a Solingen maker's mark, which I believe is CK for Carl Kaiser, a large scale maker of swords. A good example, all solid and sound, with light patina and good blade etching. Complete with scabbard.
