EL6221 - A superb and rare Victorian British infantry officer's full dress sword belt (perhaps of levee/piquet proportions, as the buckle is about 20% smaller than the typical ones). Red patent leather construction, with gilt lace facing. Buckle of copper alloy with gilt surface, featuring the lion over a Royal crown at the centre. Will just about fit around my waist (the natural waist, not hips) if I breath in and hold my breath! Lovely condition and rare to find this complete and well preserved.
