EL6683 - A very good example of a Victorian 1897 pattern infantry officer's sword, by top maker Thurkle (dating to 1897-1901). In fabulous condition, with bright hilt and blade, excellent deep blade etching, the hilt firm on the tang, with a very good grip. Complete with scabbard. The only minor flaw to mention is that there are a few slight dimples in the front edge (pictured), but these could probably be removed.
