EL6814 - A Rifles officer's sword by Thurkle, for restoration. The hilt has been painted, the blade has black patina, and seems also to have been varnished, and the scabbard is only partially surviving. This is narrower than the standard Rifles sword, but otherwise regular size. Clearly this sword needs a lot of work, but it is by a good maker and is structurally solid and sound, with a good grip.
