EL6405 - A lovely late-19th century Royal Engineers Volunteers officer's sword, retailed by Browne (maker unknown, but good quality). This is in very good condition, with an unusually thick brass guard, with extra hand engraved detailing, and a nickel plated blade that is as bright as it was 100 years ago. The grip is also in basically perfect condition. Everything is tight and the only flaw worth mentioning is that the steel scabbard has the wear and tear you'd expect of something this age. A fantastic example of the pattern.
