ELC1054 - A rare and desirable mid-Victorian Wilkinson staff officer's sword, featuring the iconic sword and baton emblem to both guard and blade etching. In very good condition overall, un-researched and numbered 16761 (for year 1869). The hilt firm on the tang, with clean and crisp brass work. The shagreen and grip wire very good. The blade very clean and with detailed clear etching. A lovely rare sword.
