EL6727 - A Napoleonic era infantry officer's spadroon, similar to the British 1796 pattern, with a blue and gilt blade. This is an interesting sword and could either be Continentally made for a British officer, or a Continental officer allied to the British. The hilt is clearly inspired by the British 1796 pattern, but with a different pommel and blade. The blue and gilt blade also does not contain any of the normal British patriotic emblems. So my educated guess would be that this was for something like a Dutch or Prussian officer. A bit of movement in the hilt on the tang (though the grip and pommel are firm). The blade with the remains of blue and gilt, and nice fine engraving.
