EL6372 - A very nice Royal Artillery officer's sword, by Wilkinson. Dating to 1860, this sword is unresearched - it seems to have been service sharpened, and the damage to the scabbard (see photos) looks like shrapnel damage to me. It's not from rust, I think. The blade has gorgeously intricate etching and is bright, with only minor little spots of pitting here and there. The hilt is in equally good condition, with good shagreen and silver grip wire. Everything solid and tight.
