EL6335 - A Mark III type military kukri. The blade has original markings which have been deliberately obscured and the word 'India' has been added by the same hand - I suspect that this is an Indian Army kukri which was then modified with these markings after Indian Independence. There seems to be a date (1938?) and what appears to be an Indian War Department stamp. Complete with scabbard in reasonable condition.
