EL6566 - A late Victorian Wilkinson (numbered 32268 for 1894) Royal Artillery officer's sword, with both original scabbards (steel dress and field service). I have not researched this sword, but with three initials etched on the blade, it should be a relatively simple matter of pinning down the officer. The sword is in very good condition, bright and clean, with deep blade etching, everything rock solid and all the grip wire present. It could do with a light clean, and of course researching, but a very nice top quality sword of the era, and the last year to feature the pre-1895 grip.
