EL6220 - An Indian katar, or punch dagger. Featuring slender double-edged blade, with deep fullers and decorative forms, with reinforced armour-piercing tip. The grip bars and side bars forged integrally with the rest of the weapon. These bars of unusually slender form, but the grip being wider than most antique examples (it fits my hand). Probably 18th century.
