EL6314 - A good quality Indian tulwar of the 18th or 19th century, with a shamshir style very curved blade. The blade, perhaps of crucible steel, is firm in the hilt and carried various markings. The iron hilt is entirely decorated with silver inlay koftgari. The pommel disc has a tiny bit of lateral movement. A very nice tulwar of good quality and condition.
