EL6530 - A good Victorian naval officer's sword, 1846 pattern, retailed by Gillot and Hasell. Very bright and clean blade, with good etching, having only a few blemishes (which could be polished out). Hilt in good shape, drop working well, shagreen and grip wire very good. Complete with scabbard and sword knot in good condition for the age. Could benefit from a clean, but a very good quality example of a Victorian naval officer's sword.
