EL6653 - A good quality Rifles officer's sword by Mole of Birmingham, from George V's reign. Very detailed and deep etching to the blade, and unusual contoured guard (rather than the more normal flat type). The blade is in quite good condition, though the grip and hilt are less good. A little bit of loss to the shagreen that somebody has previously restored, though the grip wire is good. Everything is tight in the construction. Complete with sword knot and service scabbard.
