EL6892 - A George V/WW1 era Royal Artillery officer's sword retailed by Harrods and made by Reeves. This was the revived Reeves company, owned by Wilkinson. A good quality sword, in good condition overall. The bright blade with good etching, firm in the hilt, not service sharpened. In original polish and crisp etching, with just some very little damp staining spots. The hilt plating requires a light polish, the shagreen is very good, but some of the grip wires have come loose and require removal or fixing. Complete with original field service scabbard.
