EL6275 - A George V era (probably WW1) light cavalry or artillery officer's sword, by Mole. Technically, light cavalry were not still supposed to be using this pattern by 1910, but we know from photographs that some officers still were - especially in India. I think this is unlikely to be for an artillery officer, due to the blade etching style. It seems likely that this was made for an Indian Army cavalry officer and the blade has been service sharpened, perhaps for WW1. This is a big sword and being Mole is chunky and well made. Everything is solid in the construction and really it just needs cleaning and light restoration. No scabbard.
