EL6240 - A French M1829 mounted artillery sabre. Blade with light pitting, though the 1852 maker's mark is still visible to the spine. The brass guard and pommel in good condition, but a tiny bit of wiggle to the guard. The grip complete, but the brass wire wrap is a bit loose and there is a little loss to the underlying leather. A decent sword, just not in great condition, and very well service sharpened - a worthy project.
