EL6229 - A George V era 1897 pattern infantry officer's sword, by an unknown maker, but good quality and in very good condition (almost modern parade standard). The blade is in exceptional original mirror polish with frost etching, firm in the hilt. The hilt is in equally good condition, with bright plated metalwork and very good shagreen and wire. In a steel full dress scabbard and the original wet weather transport case.
