A tidy example of an Edwardian Royal Artillery officer's sword. Straight blade in good polish and with clear etching - retailer's name faint, but maybe Hobson. The blade is firm in the hilt. The hilt with plating in reasonable condition for the age, with some loss and patina. The shagreen very good, with a little bit of loss to the wire. Complete with field service scabbard.
