ELC1043 - An early Victorian (1837-1845) Hawkes & Moseley light cavalry officer's sword and scabbard. Pipeback blade in excellent condition, with crisp and bright etching. Hilt in equally good condition, with all the shagreen and grip wire. A tiny bit of movement in the guard. The scabbard is also in bright and clean condition. Complete with modern replica sword knot.
