EL6799 - An early 1846 pattern Royal Navy officer's sword, with the new 1845 pattern blade that was adopted by the Royal Navy in 1846, and not yet featuring the proof disc. Blade somewhat worn, but firm in the hilt, with the etched motif of 'warranted' and 'proved' at the base of the fuller. Hilt in good condition.
