EL6309 - A medium quality 19th century Arabian saif, featuring a broad multi-fullered blade, iron crossguard and grip with brass fittings and silver wire. The hilt construction is all secure, though the angle of the crossguard and other clues suggests that it has been restored in period with new resin and solder. The blade with nicely formed lines and in good polish.
